What is the capacity of your machines?

 Our biggest lathe can machine a maximum of 16” in diameter with a maximum length of 48”.  Our biggest mill will travel in XYZ 40” x 20” x 25”.  For further information please see the CNC Milling and CNC Turning Tabs of our website.

 

What materials are you able to machine?

 We machine stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, and plastics.

 

How fast is your turn around?

 We always do our very best to meet our customer’s requirements.  Our typical turn around is next day to a two week delivery.

 

Do you weld & assemble parts?

Yes, we assemble and also build assembly fixtures and jigs for our use or to be used by our customers.

 

Do you deliver?

 We deliver locally at no charge and non-local deliveries with a minimal charge.  For long distance orders we use UPS and common carrier.
