CNC Waterjet Cutting for High-Quality Precision
Chautauqua Machine Specialties offers affordable and high-quality precision waterjet cutting that often complements our machining operations, ensuring fast turnaround. We can cut materials including stainless steel, plastics, rubber, and more. Our state of the art WARDJet ZXL-45 CNC waterjet cutter can produce tight tolerances to suit our customers’ high expectations. This waterjet cutter can take a bar, plate, or stock up to 10” thick and can make cuts as big as 44” x 52” and as small as a 1/16” wide.
Our 3D Printing Services are Used for UNIQUE Specifications
Chautauqua Machine Specialties offers 3D printing using plastic, carbon fiber, kevlar, and fiberglass. This additive manufacturing service can be used for smaller production runs, prototyping, and new product development. Our 3D printing capabilities are labor efficient, cost-effective, and ideal for reverse engineering and creating fully assembled products without extensive setup and tooling.
